Training to be a beauty queen

Training for the Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2010 pageant has taken off. And India's leading holistic health expert and fitness guru Mickey Mehta has been training them for the last 13 years now.
As the regional South Indian round concluded last month in Hyderabad and the East Indiantraining wrapped up in Kolkata last week, Mehta shared some fitness advice, which he gives the girls, with us.
What the training includes
Training sessions include lots of breathing to de-stress them and boost their energy, confidence and creativity. The training sessions also give them guidelines and tips to maintain holistic health, such as de-clutterning the mind from their daily chores, worries and tensions and lead them to aliberated state of consciousness. All training sessions include yoga, meditation, pranayam, calisthenics and agility drills.
