- Former porn star Joslyn James says she may reveal more info about Tiger Woods after releasing sexually graphic text messages she claims proves they had an affair. She posted more than 100 texts on her Web site yesterday and plans to post more. She says she saved more than 1,000. But why, Joslyn? Why? She wants the world to see the real Tiger. - On a similar note, Tiger's lawyers have essentially sent a cease and desist letter to a company that is making Tiger porn products.

- Jesse James released a public apology today after reports that he cheated on Sandra Bullock spread like wildfire yesterday. In his note, he wrote that most of the allegations are untrue, he won't comment on the matter and that the only person to blame is himself. If you were Sandra, would you forgive him for possibly sleeping with a tattoo model who posed as a Nazi during a photo shoot. [People |TMZ]

- Songwriter, music producer and ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari filed a $30.5 million lawsuit against the Lady Gaga, saying his protege and former girlfriend ditched him as her career soared. The lawsuit claims that he co-wrote songs such as "Paparazzi" and "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich," which would appear on her debut album, "The Fame," he transformed Germanotta into Lady Gaga, a name adapted from Queen's "Radio Ga Ga [AP]

- Next season Conan O'Brien could be back on the air with a new late-night show on Fox. "They are definitely talking," said O'Brien representative Leslee Dart yesterday, but added that Fox "is by no means the only place he's talking right now." [AP]

- Roman Polanski's attorneys filed an appeal yesterday asking that a special counsel be appointed to investigate alleged judicial and prosecutorial misconduct in the fugitive director's 32-year-old sex case. The good news is that he has a new movie out anyway. [AP | PilotOnline]

- Fess Parker, a television icon to a generation of youngsters as Davy Crockett and later Daniel Boone, has died at the age of 85 of natural causes. [AP]

- Lady Antebellum talk about their hit song "Need You Now," a song about drunk dialing. It's topping both the country and pop charts. What does it say about society when so many people can relate to such a theme? Hmmmm.:
