The actress-cum-film producer turns a year older today. Witherspoon has acted in several movies like Overnight Delivery, Twilight, Election, Leglly Blonde and many more.

Her performance in the movie Election brought her Golden Globe nomination. She received world wide acclaim for her performance in Walk the Line, which earned her the Academy Award, Golden Globe Aaward, BAFTA and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Best actress.

Selfishness and lack of emotions are characteristics that govern the Arian sunshine. However, unlike these qualities, this Arian is very sensitive towards children.

She is actively involved in children's and women's advocacy organizations and is a board member of the Children's Defense Fund (CDF).
